1.3 Rental Period

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the date agreed upon during checkout. Extensions to the rental period must be requested before the rental term expires. If not extended, ENBI LLC reserves the right to collect the furniture on the scheduled return date.

1.4 Payment Terms

Payments are due monthly or as agreed upon during the rental checkout process. All payments must be made via the accepted payment methods listed on our website. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees and/or termination of the rental agreement.

1.5 Delivery and Pick-Up

We provide delivery and pick-up services within our designated service areas. You must ensure that delivery and pick-up are possible at the scheduled times. Missed appointments without prior notice may incur additional charges.

1.6 Furniture Care

You agree to use the rented furniture responsibly and in accordance with the provided care instructions. Any significant damage, beyond normal wear and tear, may result in repair or replacement charges.

1.7 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to avoid cancellation fees. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of delivery, a cancellation fee may apply.

1.8 Termination of Agreement

ENBI LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any terms are violated, including non-payment or misuse of the furniture.

2.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information when you use our website, place an order, or contact customer support. This may include your name, address, email, phone number, and payment information.

3.3 Delivery Cancellation

If you cancel or reschedule your delivery less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

4.1 Limited Liability

ENBI LLC is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the rented furniture. By renting our products, you agree to use them at your own risk.

4.2 No Warranty

The rented furniture is provided "as-is," and we do not offer any warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENBI LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the rented furniture or violation of these terms.

4.4 Force Majeure

ENBI LLC shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, CA.
